And my wallet is a little bit lighter.

I picked up a Hinderer XM-18 and a Fletcher Operator 575 while I was down there but yall don't care about those. So on to what yall do like. I also picked up a blem 11 and blem 14. Not much I know but I couldn't pass up the prices. As soon as I got home last night, I ordered a 7. It should be here tomorrow. The blem 11 is actually a gift for my cousin but the 14 is all mine. As soon as the 7 gets here, I'll be doing some yard work with it and will get my 11 and my 14 out as well for a little family photo.

Blade show was a great time but was definitely the worst place to go for someone that has money to spend.

Now back to work to recoup some of that money. haha

Sounds like a great score, I wasn't aware there were any blem Becker's. Good to know. That 14 is a real good knife I always have it on me.

Well they dont call them blems. They call them seconds but if I write that its a second 14, it sounds like I got two and thats simply not the case.

They were $25 with a set of zytel. Show special.

BK11's were $20.

Both were gone like air in a storm.

Yes it was. I got the last of the 14's. There were only a handful of 11's left when I left. Oh and I forgot. We bought a 17 for my brother in law.

I think selling the factory 2nds or blems would be real popular with this crowd, most of us mod them like crazy anyway.

My 11 has a pimple near the edge of the blade. The 14, I still can't find anything wrong with. My guess is the finish is a little uneven near the edge. Either way, I wouldn't have been upset paying regular prices for these.

They were bent. They were the left overs that got captured during a brief run that didn't go through the straightener.

Nothing wrong with them, in the slightest, and nothing that will alter function.

Its the first time I've seen or heard of Kabar doing seconds on anything.

They seem like good blades to me. I think I need to hit up thrillbilly for some orange kydex to go with the orange zytel.

Blasphemy! One of my most wanted knives is a Hinderer. I want the XM-24, but still. If I could have went and had that chance.. oh well.

Sounds like you got some good deals.

Just for you sir. My BK14 and my XM.

I have to agree with The Game on this one, Beckerheads are first and foremost knife nuts. Just like our patriarch, knives are our lives, sometimes. Lets see that Hinderer. :D

I hung out with Rick some here and there, saw some cool stuff.

that bottom knife looks like it was broken in the middle then bolted together. Must not have been a very strong fixed blade......

LMAO
