Back in action

I haven't been able to post in quite a while. Work has been keeping me pretty damned busy. But I'm back and I've got my first Alaska-made blade in its final annealing even as I type. I've got my fingers crossed...

I'll update once I'm done with the HT. Wish me luck

I'm on the Haines highway 40 miles north of town. Haines itself is just north of juneau. About 4 hours on the ferry...

And I do love it up here. It's an amazing place, just really expensive. Trying to order 'smithing stuff is always fun. "you want us to ship it where???"
