So after a hiatus I acquired a 940-1, a Megumi @ closeout price, and 485 Valet M390 Shinola special. I do love me some Benchmade, they have some of the nicest Gent's knives in the business.
The BladeForums.com 2024 Traditional Knife is available! Price is $250 ea (shipped within CONUS).

Couldn't agree more on the Megumi. I couldn't believe my luckDamn, those Megumi's are gorgeous. Now that is a true gentleman's knife. I wish I was keeping tabs on them, haha.
I recently had the chance to try out the Bugout, while I do still prefer my mini Ritter, it's a great design if a lightweight carry is the goal. Plus it was one helluva slicer. I'm just a sucker for liners, and there's not too many knives that can compete with my beloved orange mini Ritter. Benchmade gets a lot of slack, but from my albeit limited experience, they've been stellar.
