Back in the market (which Mini?)

The wave is easy to remove with out causing any problems for the knife, I have de-waved
one of my 12s and a 7b. The warranty is pretty much destroyed though. :p

I don't know, and I'm not Ernest Emerson, but even I wouldn't DQ the whole warranty if you removed the wave hook, and I'm a suspicious old Yankee lawyer. I sure wouldn't warranty the wave opening feature :D but as long as you hadn't done it some way that affected the knife as a whole, I'd be fine with that.

You'll be pleased. BTW/FWIW, Emerson has IMO the nicest stonewash finish in the business.

I have never seen a stonewashed Emerson blade in person but judging by what I've seen in pictures, I don't doubt it!
