^This is yummy.
Is this real life?
^This is internet. :p ;)

So how would one go about making one?

Maybe wrap a shot glass and bake at 425 for 8 1/2 minute's?

That might be it.
My best guess would be to start the slice spiral wrapping from the center of the bottom and then pour melted chocolate inside to harden & seal it.
I'm not big on culinary skills, so could the chocolate be hot enough when poured in to cook the bacon if it was already partially cooked beforehand?

I eat a lot of raw/under cooked meat. Including wild game. Pork is one thing I cook till done. Got a bad case of food poisoning from bacon that was not cooked right. The chocolate would not be hot enough to cook the bacon with out burning the chocolate.

Yeah, I don't like chancing it with pork either, no white in my bacon after I had a similar experience.
That's about what I suspected with the chocolate but I don't have much experience with melting chocolate anything hotter than a Hershey bar in 140*+ summer heat in Iraq.

I still want to try this though. :)

you know, I saw these microwave friendly mold-type things that you wrap raw bacon on and then nuke it; they basically make small bacon bowls...I guess while that's going you could melt the chocolate, get the liquor ready and then it would be as simple as dip, fill and yumm!!
