Back Up Spydie?

I carry 3 on me most of the time.
A Bug on my tie bar, Honeybee on my keychain, and something 3-3.5" clipped in my pocket.
That's enough. ;)

Pacific Salt SE

Baby SAK on keychain ( I like having the tweezers/toothpick.Plus the main blade is a little razor)

A small traditional in my pocket. Either a peanut or small trapper/stockman. I'll use this blade more than anything else. The Pacific Salt is there for anything nasty that a small traditional cant handle.

I frequently carry a Dragonfly as a "backup blade" regardless of what my primary blade is. It's funny, that Dfly is such a big little blade, it comes out of my pocket for most tasks.

My EDC is a Pacific Salt and/or Spyderhawk Salt.

and I like having the Dragonfly or ARK in the back pocket as a backup.

They both weigh nothing, won't rust with sweat or when sitting on wet things, and they are quite sheeple-friendly. This steel is awesome, IMO. Easy to sharpen, tough and reliable.

I LOVE all my H1 spydies, and beg for more! Please, share info about the serrated ARK, the new H1 fixed blade that Sal has kept in secret and other H1 projects with us Spyderco!

It's not a spydie. . Buy I thing the best small, light secondary knife , is the zero tolerance 0450 .. but despite its size it's very capable . I call it the little big knife . It's a solid titanium frame lock, flipper. It weighs in at 2.9 oz . 3.25in s35vn clip point blade . Very slim, trim and sleek .but you don't really loose blade utility . The blade is slightly shorter than the pm2 with more actual cutting surface. The handle is a lot smaller though . Fits my medium/large hands well . Might be an issue with prolonged cutting . It's also great as a small tuck away knife ,when a larger knife would be in practical. ..

Almost always have a Kiwi in my watch pocket and a larger Spyderco, usually a Stretch, in my back pocket.
