Big enough to work camp chores but lighjt and easy to pack into the field. This is also about the size knife that I carry when I'm hunting and find it useful for field dressing large game. It will fit well into a day pack or a fully loaded backpack without taking up excess room.
Stock removal from 1/8 inch 52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 59 to 60. This is done in my shop in an Evenheat furnace with a full quench creating a fine grain structure throughout the blade
Flat grind with a 400 grit belt finish followed by a cork belt
Stabilizerd dyed curly maple handle
Overall length: 7 1/2 inches
Blade: 3 1/2 inches
Weigh of the knife and scabbard is 6.6 ounces
Deep leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carrry. The fit is a little snug for a safe carry but the lanyard will help get it out until it erases up with use.
SOLD delivered within these United States. Please message me for shipping and payment options
