Backpacking for three days!!!!!!!

Heading out for three days with a friend into the Wenaha-Tucannon Wilderness Area of Wa State. We have had a week of 80 + degree weather, so all the snow has swollen the rivers and creeks, and overflowed into bog areas. We will be heading into the high country.

Of course a full report when I return will be done, with pics.

Have fun, sounds like a lot of fun. I wish that I was out having fun. I had planned to go to the lake but the girlfriend planned to move out of her classroom. Not nearly as exciting. Be sure to post some pics so I can be jealous.

Tarmix101.. Have you ever checked out the google satelite maps???? its realy is awsome to see the trail on a photo. Give you a better idea what you are up to..

Sounds like an excellent trip. I'm in desperate need or a 3 or 4-day trip right now. Been working for two week with no fishing, little hiking, etc. I'm going crazy. Hope your trip goes well, enjoy your weekend.
