I just checked out New Belgium Brewing Company's website. They have several I'd like to try. Unfortunately, I live in Central Kentucky and they don't supply to anywhere in the state. Tennessee and Indiana would be the closest place I could get them (2 hour drive or so). Next time I'm in Louisville I'll jump across to Southern Indiana and find a place that has some. Looks like there are many locations there that have it.

That backstrap is cooked perfect. I love cooking mine with bacon too. It really makes it taste really good.
