These are such beautiful knives! I want to buy one but I would feel guilty if I started beating on it in the woods.

I own two of Bills knives. I originally thought the same way as you as these knives are really nice. Then I finally just broke down and started using them. They are just as functional as they are beautiful. I say go ahead and purchase one and use it. Every time a buddy see's me use one of mine, they are always amazed at how cool it is. Half the fun of owning one of these knives is the conversation it brings up everytime someone sees it.
 
Hi everyone, this knife just showed up. I'm so damn happy about it. Pictures are awesome, but it is a thing of beauty in my hand. Fits perfectly in pocket with pocket sheath. My suggestion is to get one as soon as you can. One of the few knives I've talked about or purchased recently that the wife loves too!
