Loving the L6 Bill!! Don't see nearly enough of it these days. Those knives really ought to be little monsters.
 
Some one needs to take home the last knife guys wish I could but he already has me tapped at for the moment
 
Very very nice. Please help me understand what L6 is... I know about the LS6 corvette motor and its sweet. But L6 steel? I don't know. Thank you.

L6 Tool Steel

L6 Tool Steel is a versatile, oil-hardening tool steel that is characterized by very good toughness. L6 tool steel is suitable for use as tools, dies, and machine parts, which require a good combination of hardness and toughness. The relatively high nickel content results in an alloy with greater impact toughness compared to the other common oil-hardening grades.

APPLICATIONS: Punches and dies, cold forming tools, and coining dies
 
Have wanted one of your knives for a long time...but was afraid I wouldn't use them. You got me with the L6...
