that spider looks a little like fiddlebacks mascot

Its a wolf spider. The first thing I checked was the eyes and to see if it had a little saddle on the back leg like a trapdoor
Wolf spiders have this setup:

Thanks Joe....She was one of the largest I've seen in this area ! She had a thick body & large fangs ! I'de say she could inflict some pain on a guy !
