I have been trying to thin down my 20+ year collection of exotic woods. I found this one in the bottom of a drawer and wondered why I never used it sooner; saving it for a special knife I guess.

Forged from 1/4 inch 5160
Flat grind
Hand sanded to 400 grit
Tapered tang and blade
An extra long clip
Bacote handle
Overall length: 9 1/2 inches
Blade: 4 3/4 inches
Riveted leather scabbard

That is beautiful. Love Bocote, and the lines of that knife are just lovely.

I have to agree with Chainring. The first thing I thought when I looked at it was "The lines are great". The trang tapers just so and the clip is graceful and purposeful. The wood is spectacular.
