In June I purchased a DKD Swinguard. Upon arrival it was NOT up to snuff(bad grinds,spaces in frame,etc...). Many unanswered phone calls and emails later, I finally got to speak with Mr. Nick Wagner. First he didn't want to give a refund as to it was now Sept until I stated I had the record of every unanswered/unreturned call and email. Tune changed and he agreed that the Swinguard's were not what they should be for $550 and would refund my purchase. Knife went out via UPS insured and returned as undeliverable as business moved. Once again many emails and calls to finally get a real live person to supply a new address. Knife returned and a MONTH later I get a check for $359.96. So I get to eat $90 plus $30 shipping(3 times) for a knife Nick agrees isn't worth the $$ and he wouldn't pay $525 for. Of course, numerous calls and emails are again unanswered as to my complaint. If you order from NicNac, make sure it's what you want and can accept the price. Tom
