Bad Experience

Well my problem is A-1-Tools.Com;they took my order,charged my credit card but no knife and they will not respond to any email I send.Lucky for me my credit card company is going to deal with them but who needs the hassle.:grumpy:
 
Sorry to hear that, some online companies, not just knives, just do not handle their buisness very well, and if people complain so what (at least thats theiur mentality) their potentional customer base is a little over a billion right, lol...Its just that online companies like this who don't respond to emails, it may be that they are too busy for their own good, or not paying enough attention to individual orders...either way its bad for buisness, but you know what I mean, its not like they have a store you can walk into, and if they lose a customer they will be hurting...you know?

I hope this gets settled sooner than later, sorry to hear your bad experience...
