It may be just a little soon to be really concerned.

Mr. Thompson may be away from home for a few days and not have regular access to a computer.

The mail can be typically a day or two longer this time of year, or it may have been mistakenly mis-routed by USPS

Have you tried phone contact?

I bet this all works out fine.

I have dealt with Lee a few times. Hes a good dude.. Give him a minute.. contact him via email..visitors message and PM him.. He will get back too you. He is a DEPENDABLE member in this family......
 
OP, you seem a little to quick to the trigger - or in this case keyboard. This is a busy time of the year for most people. Too early to declare foul at thsi point.
 
I had a good deal with Mr. T. And yes, my last USPS priority order from a knife dealer took well over a week! Remember there was an ice storm delaying several shipments to add to the holiday season.

I am sure you'll get this sorted out. :-)
 
I don't doubt he is an upstanding member, but 11 days and zero contact is unacceptable. Even with it being the holidays, it takes less then 2 mins to write an email. Even if he hasn't shipped out yet, that 2 mins spent emailing could of spared this thread, and a lot of hassle for the OP.
