bad news

I've never posted on this Forum, but this situation has moved Gil and I to send our prayers and best wishes to you and Karen.

...Dave I've been dealt some bad hands through the years but never was I left alone when I took the time to ask for His help...He'll be watching over you and Karen as this works out...My prayers are gonna join all the others that are being sent to Him by the guys and ladies in our forum...
 
wow i am humbuled by all of your responses...
things settled some from the shock this morning...
a good cry was had by both of us and prays said..
we are both more pre pared for what is to come then what has passed
she and i at her side, are ready to fight this thing
with gods help and your streanth and suport...
she has friends and famley here as this is her home town...
as i dont go out much you here have come to fill that
need of friends for me...
indeed i would come to any of your homes and feel as with friends as you are welcome at ours...
we hope to find more out in the comeing days... i will likely do some as before and be here as a break and time to catch my thoughts and feelings and share in a laff at some thing one of you said!
Karen and i have decided to live tell we die and not
die a little every day tell we are gone...
she has said she wants to see the Grand Canyon and that we will do...
i thank each of you for your prayers and streanth that
you send our way , you are all most welcome friends to us..
