Chirra refers to the spines, or raised areas.
a Fuller is the low area in between the spines.
The AK has one main fuller cut out at the top.
My AK also has that fuller. Then as you move towards the cutting edge of the AK, you hit the second Spine, where the matal is formed into another ridge. Now, if yor AK has another fuller under that, I'd love to see it. My AK has a bit of concavity below the deep fuller, but I would not call this a proper fuller, as it is slight and just caused by final finishing and polishing.
The YCS has a number of fullers and ridges (spines), and it may be the closest HI khuk to "Tin chirra" style..
