Bottom line: The advertised a product as in stock that they did not have. Then, days later, the emailed and stated it was back ordered. When I canceled the order, they billed me and shipped it anyway. Tom is refusing to refund shipping.
Other details: I gave then a couple of weeks to fulfill the order or to at least communicate status or a date when they would have the item. Hearing nothing, I emailed them to cancel the order. The email did not bounce. Then, about a week later, they bill my credit card and ship the product!
I called Tom and he said that "I never got the email." But Libby there told me that they are having trouble keeping employees and have had problems. After I resent toe email to Tom he still refuses to refund my credit card for shipping, insisting that I take time and money to return the product that they billed me for and sent after they missed the email to cancel, and even after I re-forwarded the email to him.
I can understand that they are having problems keeping employees, and that their internal business process is not effective, but no not refund the cost plus shipping even when I send multiple emails?
Are they offering product for sale indicating that it's in stock, then ordering after you place an order, ignoring your cancellation email and bill you hoping thet you will keep it to avoid the time and cost of a return? Well, you decide.
I will never order from them again.
They already have a BBB rating of only B+, and I have a feeling it's about to go even lower.
