Bader Space Saver

Does anyone have experience with this particular grinder? Someone in my neighborhood is selling one (yard sale!). They want $700 and I know that is a fantastic deal but I can't tell from the Bader website if accessories like a flat platen or a tool rest is available with this particular model. The only thing the seller can tell me is that it's a 5 hp 220 volt with power flex Acs350 variable speed (needs 3 phase electric). I have an electrician buddy that can help me out with the power. I've been saving up for a BaderIII and I'm about half way there...should I jump on this or should I pass and get the BaderIII in a few more months?
 
I haven't used one, but from what I understand, they are not really a knife tool. They are big industrial grinders. The motor described may not be feasible for you to run without spending a lot to get the 3Ph needed.
 
they are just like a B3 but bigger and more powerful, As accurate in tracking as well. I HAVE used both, so am speaking from experience.
