Sadly, after the last 3 months of INFI-buying...my wife well understands all these moves. And I mean all! That woman is some sort of fiendish genius. [I think her full-term USAF career made her a budgetary genius -- dealing with the POM will drive you crazy or turn you crafty!]

Got to admit, I've blown more than a few K recently. So -- I'll keep eyes and ears open and hope it lasts till March.

Someone from the Busse family usually gives a little warning just before the hammer falls...
 
It's enough to motivate this lazy HOG..

Order is in for the color combo I really want. Maybe I'll pick up a couple of black on black when they hit the co store.

Without asking The Powers That HOG, I really seriously DOUBT that this'll be pulled in any shorter amount of time than the FBM... I'll take another step out onto the plank :eek: and say probably not until after BLADE, in June!! Why cut what is a popular style, early? So WE can make the money selling them? LOL Not until the Big Boss EATS HIS FILL!! :D ;) :thumbup: :D
 
Ah rumors, gotta love it!
I don't believe it, but still it made me order the last one I need.
Have an LE, one mag G10 and one standard sized handle on order, and those should do it for me (I think).
I really like the one SJTAC I have, so I had to have a couple of the mini-SJTACs...
 
Like I said in post # 17, I owned a Badger many moons ago, let it get away, and have not had a Busse since. I have ordered one of the new Badgers. I seem to recall something about the edge being different on each side. One edge had a kind of convex grind and the other did not or something like that. There was some special technique about how to sharpen the knife. Did that make sense? Did I just dream this or is it still the case and what is story?
I wanna be ready when the new Badger arrives.:D
 
Thomason, I don't think Busse puts out knives with asymmetrical grinds anymore. Not to my knowledge anyway.

So you can sharpen your new Badger like your other blades.

Nah, Busse used to offer an A symetrical blade, but all blades from the factory are now symetrical. So a sharpmaker should work just fine :)
 
I spoke with Amy today and I am now confident that my friend MISUNDERSTOOD what someone else from the shop told him.

No, a friend that I introduced to Busse Knives. He's bought more than a few and calls the shop now and again.

Apparently he has an auditory processing problem I was previously unaware of! :D

yes sir, after busse combats orders are all filled then they will start to ship to the busse store.
