Technically, it's called a Badger Attack or BA...
As is for the whole original line... Battle Mistress, Steel Heart II, Badger Attack, and Mean Street.
Steel Heart II because it's the 8" blade versus Steel Heart (later labeled SH-1) with the 6" blade.
A couple of style generations later, the original line started being refered to as Straight Handles as the subsequent generation handle styles curved downward.
Now... here's where the SHSJ debate came in.
"If it's not technically named SH, but came to be known as...
why can't the same thing happen with the original SJ? It has a straight handle."
"But it's not from the SH era of knives... moreso should be called a Gen III as it has the same Gen III handle as the BAIII."
And so on, and so on...
But yes... that would be a SHBA and not a CGBA.
