dam this thing can throw some sparks. i just got mine in the mail and thought lets see what the difference is between this and my swedish firesteel. well it lit a feathered fatwood chunk on fire in 3 strikes. i used the back of my mora carbon clipper and it was rather easy to get it to work. a lot hotter burning than any other firesteel ive used. now i got to make a custom handle for it.

They're the same thing, just different names. If he's calling it a Badger, I'm guessing he got it from me.

yes sir im sorry. had a few beers in me last night. got it from going gear. almost forgot i ordered it. I keep hearing how great these things are so i thought i should try one out. i never could light fatwood with my swedish firesteel. this one is a lot hotter.
