Badger Knife Show, March 21-23

Fri 3pm-8pm; Sat 8am-5pm; Sun 9am-2pm

$3 at door

Holiday Inn, Janesville WI (I-90 & Hwy 14)


I'll be there Fri (with wife and daughter, to keep an eye on me), then Sat for dinner at Damon's. Danbo promised to bring some eyecandy if I bought dinner, so here it is: Steak is on me, Danbo! Let's see some bowies!

Who else is coming?
 
Oh yeah, baby! I will be there, with just about my entire collection. I love this show! I would say there are more people through the doors at this show, than at most bigger shows. They really advertise the heck out of this show. I think there are 70 people waiting in line to get a table. That has to say something about the potential of the show.
 
I'll be there... riding in on a Brahma Bull with "yes" on one butt cheek, and "no" on the other butt cheek. (OK, that's a blazing saddles reference)
I look to be there for all of Saturday, maybe even an overnight... gotta figure out how I'll swing that though. Hey Summerland... I'll buy ya some barley pops if you feed me steak! I don't have much eye candy to bring, but maybe some will be ready for me????
I'm really looking forward to this show and meeting some more BFC-er's. Somebody please tell me about Damons... sounds like the place to be.

I am going to try to be there on Friday but will definitely be up on Saturday. My wife wants to come along to see what my fascination is (and probably to limit my spending:mad: ). I missed going last year and have been looking forward to making it up this year. I hope to meet some of you there.
 
Damon's is a classy Sports Bar, only with really good food. Last year, we had filet mignon that was to die for! My teenage Son still talks about that steak. My Wife still talks about the credit card bill.
 
If I can get there, it will be on Sunday only. As an Adventist, Friday night and all day Saturday are the Sabbath.

I know very little about this event. What knife makers are coming? Is that venue 'no-smoking'? Is there any promotional literature with info, like a map? (I get to Janesville once per decade.)

How will I recognize the knuts (other than those being escorted by security)?
 
I have given all of the employees at Sunrise River Custom Knives the full weekend off, with pay. So they can attend the Badger Knife Club Show. All the Office Staff, Production, and Shipping departments will be there in force. So be sure and stop by our table, and say "HI!" to me.

My son and I have made this a ritual.:D This event is on the calendar a year in advance. See you there.
 
I'll be there on Saturday to do some socializing. Also to pick up some parts. Hope to see some of you there. :D
 
I'm going to try to get there on Saturday, not sure if I can make it yet but I hope so.
