Hey guys and gals,
Just wanted to give a shout out for Badger. I've never asked for someone to ship first. Honestly I feel a little embarrassed doing it, but I know that it's a common practice. I asked this time because Badger doesn't have a lot of feedback, and while I don't either, I asked anyway because the knife I was trading for (Strider SnG) is an often copied knife and I wanted the extra time to research and make sure I knew what I was looking at.
Anyway, Badger didn't mind one bit. No hesitation at all. Not only that, he was extremely honest and helpful about any blemishes, which version the knife was and was willing to help in any way possible. I really got the feeling that he wanted to make sure that I'd be happy with the knife, not just the other way around.
Communication was outstanding, the best I've ever had in fact.
I'm hesitant to add this because I know that I certainly can't always do it, but he even threw a couple of SAKs in the box, along with a nice note. Seriously, I've never gotten a hand written note before which may mean nothing to many, but I really appreciate the extra effort.
Badger, if you see this, I really hope you enjoy your new knives! I'd do business with you again happily, and next time I won't ask for you to wait. I know waiting sucks.
