Here is one of my Model 2 framelocks.
The blade is CPM154 heat treated by Peter's to 61rc.
The frame is 6AL4V titanium with a carbidized lockface. The titanium is textured to look like a bolster.
The fittings are stainless with phospher bronze washers.
The knife flips nicely and locks up well.
The clip is also milled out of titanium.

Blade - 3" tip to handle
OAL - 7"
Closed - 4"
