Hang around Phil Wilson's table for a while. IMHO Phil is one of the best makers out there And his knives are really extreme cutters.
Phil also gave a sharpening demo, which was quite interesting.

Alen had a dozen or more different knievs, some of them are new. Unfortunately most of the pictures I took came out either too dark of too fuzzy Donno why is that, crappy lighting I guess...
