BAKNIVES.COM, anyone buy from them?

My brother and I both ordered a knife on the 3rd after they told me they received a shipment.
And after they told me they'd be gone by Friday. So on Thursday we both placed an order.
The shipment is still pending and no reply from requests for expected ship date.
No returned phone calls.


Anyone else deal with them?

Guy told me it would ship Thursday, still nothing.
No tracking number.

If you don't hear back anything, report it to the BBB. With knives and gun parts these sites keep coming up. If you paid with your debit\credit card, dispute it.

Just looked up the site registration. It is a godaddy site, registered privately through Domains by Proxy. This, in itself, is not necessarily a bad thing as the owner may simply value his or her privacy. However, it is at least a yellow flag in my opinion.

OK it came today. Very pleased with the knife. Absolutely worth the wait.
He could have communicated a little better.
But both knives were delivered.

The BBB won't do squat about it, just email them tell them to cancel the order and refund your money. If you don't see the money in a week, then call your bank.
