I paid and bought a BM42 off BaliBowler about 3 weeks ago.

2 weeks ago, when I thought they would have been sent, he told me he forgot my address, and he will send it on the following monday.

I have not heard from him since, and the BM42 is still not here.

I tried to contact his email, AIM, youtube, but he never replied.

He has not come on the forums or youtube since the 26th...

anyone know whats up with him? is he hurt? is he avoiding?

if anyone has any contact info on him, it would help

I know balibowler. I think that maybe he is tied up with something. He seems like a nice guy I havent heard anything negetive about him though.
 
It looks like mliu8n knows that thread very well.

Good luck, the next person on the list has still not received the passaround knife, and Peter hasn't heard anything from BaliBowler in quite awhile.
 
today is monday...and the bali still hasnt got here...that is 14 days since the day he was supposed to send it...and im guessing he didnt send it....

his first name is matt, but i do not know his last name. anyone have any info on him would be helpful.

I will give it till friday before I assume he scammed me.

If he did, is there a way to get my money back?
 
maybe you could check balisongforums to see if he is active there. And not to be a prick but maybe he ripped you off like he may have done with the guys at the morpho passaround?
 
I checked almost all the sites possible.

He has not logged on balisongforums for 2 weeks, nor on his youtube account within the past week...

its really frustration considering how long i have wanted it
 
you need to file a claim with paypal within 45 days of purchase! be prompt and follow the procedure to the t. hate to think the worst, but 3 weeks is way too long! (imho!)
 
yessir, it is. I will file one on friday if I do not receive it.

Actually, I paid him on Aug 16th. But he had to delay the shipping for a week because he forgot my addy...

This is going very bad
 
Oh my god.... I've been scammed by this BaliBowler but I was not using paypal. It's a trade, I'm pretty sure the BM42 he sold you was mine. Waiting 3 month for a Les Voorhies................................. and still not shipped.
