Balisong and Microtech for Katana

I have a NIB microtech UT-8 with a sheath, box and everything. I also have a benchmade 41 in LNIB condition, comes with sheath and the wrong box.
I'm looking for a sword, katana in particular.. Paul chen's practical plus katana, practical elite, etc. Cold steel's chisa katana or even their wakazashi.
