Wow. Georgia is easy, according to Bernard Levine's knife law page for Georgia:
Georgia - 26-2901 and 26-9911a. It is illegal to carry concealed any "offensive or defensive" knife.

Which means you follow the general rule of being in compliance by simply NOT carrying it concealed. You're good to go if it's worn out in the open.
