What if he was on an Indian Reservation? Would that apply? Could that make a difference?

You know, I have no idea what happens on Indian reservations. It's a good question. I don't even know if my CHL is good on an Indian reservation. Of course, I haven't been on an Indian reservation for five or six years. It's a good questions.

For us folks who travel across Native American Land --- tribal law takes precedence. It's generally targeted at firearms and alchohol !!! No danger to us Scotch drinkers and cigar aficionados, Chuck !!! :)

Yeah.., as Chuck mentioned.., it is a good question.., and my best friend is a full-blooded Crow.., raised in South Eastern Montana (reservation).

"Tribal Law" ~~> [Rules].., although I'm sure it could be challenged in some sort of Federal litigation. <~~ Will that happen about a Balisong or a Switchblade??? Not in our life time....lol.

The Federal Switchblade Act does not apply on Indian Reservations. But what the rules are on the Reservations are an entirely different question.

Well, I'm safe on one account anyway.

As for Cigars, I already know what to do with them: I had P.A.S.S. training*

The thread seems a bit disjointed because I split it out of another thread. The basic question is what knife laws apply on an Indian Reservation? What about autos and balisongs?

I thought it was such a good question, that I split it off and put it here.

Anyone have any idea?
