We sure had a great time at the school with you and Jason. I was wondering if we were going to see some finished stuff from the class on here. We are STILL traveling... takes forever to get home to our swamp.... and now it's frozen...

I'm looking forward to getting back to my own dirty shop and finishing some of my "school blades" too. Especially the "dimvold" ones.

with 50-60 mph winds this week.... 74 mph on Sheep Mt.

I see a little Jason Knight I see a little Shiva in the handle so I agree but ultimately i see alot of bad ass Foster in this one :D

It is just the kinda knife I like. You can use it and it has an ancient timeless freaky look I really dig

Thanks DAVID come visit me buddy I got an extra room . Liveing on a boat in the winter is only fun in South Beach

I just told STeven I was done buying knives for awhile . But the old lady saw me looking at it and asked if I wanted it for Christmas. I wrote the check and mailed it and I doubt she will ever give me the money but it's the thought that counts :D

Posting this from 38,000 feet at the moment. Sometimes technology actually works like it should. Checking BF from this altitude for free makes up for the pretzels!

Well, sometimes you just gotta have it, even if you shouldn't. This seems kind of like one of those times. Except for the fact that you had to have it, and you SHOULD have it:thumbup:
 
Burt, that is one sweet blade. I'm a sucker for the half forged/half polished look and this one fits the bill. I didn't think it would last long and I was right. Great job and thanks for sharing.
Joe, congrats on a great "Christmas present". So what are the plans for this sweet thing? Any chance she'll taste lumber. I would love to see some action shots as I'm sure many others would also.

Hi Mike

To be honest this knife will see use not abuse. This one does beg to be used thou :D

Like I said I think it is way cool to have 2 khuk's from 2 top master smiths. I would love to see more Khuks from the other great top smiths out there. I love Bowie's but I would love to see more khuks they are a fantastic blade design
