O-1 1/4" and less
stainless 1/8" and less
titanium 1/8" and less

And some suggestions on teeth per inch.

Thanks,

I would use a 16 or 18 tooth blade for these materials. Use the recommended speed from the manufacturer. Most will give you there take on the blade and material your cutting .
Heres a number for some good folks that can help

Thanks Darrel. Glad to see you back. I'll give them a call. My friend says it only goes down to 300 SFPM. I don't think that is slow enough.

Thanks again,
Garrett

Saw an amazing demo at J. Stout's Hammer-In last weekend. Called friction cutting. Use a regular wood-cutting bandsaw and speed it up to 3,000 fpm blade speed.

Johnny uses his old blades that will no longer cut wood and they cut through 3/16 blade stock like crazy. Even with the teeth worn off almost smooth it still cuts with the heat generated by the edge of the blade. I tried it myself and it cuts 5 or 10 times as fast as my regular slow-speed metal cutting bandsaw with a brand new bimetal blade.

Wear gloves and goggles.
