bands saw suggestion

I am a hobbyist and was wondering what you guys though for a good band saw. I read the posts on using portable saw in a swag table, but that is more expensive than some of the horizontal/vertical saws. Saw a WEN at sears for $270 was wondering about it. any suggestions?
 
Get a Dewalt or Milwaukee from your local store. But I strongly recommend getting a SWAG stand from SWAG offroad.

Cheaper usually and they have a small footprint. You can get the harbor freight horizontal saw and make a table so you can use it vertically. If you get a designated vertical saw you're looking at $500-600 and up. Run a good blade like the Lennox die-master II.
