Recently I was cutting a piece of A2 and slowly backed the backside blade back down the cut I had made and then turned off the machine. I came back to the machine a minute or so later and turned on the machine to realize all of the sudden that as the blade turned, it suddently had a swaying motion from side to size - left to right, right to left. Is that something caused by tension of the blade? Has this ever happened to anyone of you guys? Thanks.

A tension problem and or open it up and check how the blade it on the wheel. Maybe due to a slight lack of tension the blade is crooked on the wheel.

Backing out may have bent the blade

Blade may have slipped off rubber tire onto metal part of wheel

Blade tension may not be correct

Blade may have slipped out from between guides

Rob!
