Bandsaw question

I looked around and couldn't come up with anything on the web, so I figured someone here would know. I have the chance to get a metal cutting bandsaw. It is a Rockwald model 115. I don't know much about bandsaws so I am not sure what I should pay. The guy selling said $100, but that was before he realized that it was no longer in the same condition as it was last time he used it. It will need a little TLC since it has been sitting unused for a long time. Anyone ever hear of this one before? Thanks.
