Thanks for the idea Amy, it just had to be done...

After a long, hard, boring day at the office, there's nothing an Englishman likes more for his supper than Bangers and Mash!

The Bangers - Mr Porkinson's finest:

And yes, it was delicious!

your taste in food is as good as your taste in knives.

Die hard Hog:cool:

Not bad looking grub, but give me Polish sausage smothered in sauer kraut and some mashed taters and I am a happy camper.

Has your Cultelli gotten any oil stains on the blade yet??

I used mine for eating a bunch of steak and noticed oil stains embeded on the satin finish. I think it looks pretty cool a little stained up. It reminds me of what titanium looks like when it has heat marks on it..

Are you use'n them-there nice knives to cut on china plates?! That's a culinary No-No. DULL!

Hey, you're right! I hadn't noticed that until I looked closely just now. It's only very light yet, I'm sure it will improve with use.

Gravy Patina - the latest fashion! Who needs mustard?!

SWEET PICS......

See I am glad that I gave you the idea:thumbup::thumbup:

I had those bangers when I was in London....I've looked all over but they are only available in the UK. Sooooo good.

And here I am at work stuck with a protien bar for lunch. This sucks:(

Great pics though. :)

Maybe British Pork can send you some of those sausages, they look to be vacuum packed and nicely portable. I bet you could cook them up in an MRE heater at your desk .:D

Yeah, mine dulled a bit after eating steak on a china plate. INFI is so easy to sharpen it didn't really bother me that much, but what kind of plates do you recommend instead of china? cardboard maybe?....doesn't really give me that classy feeling but hey :p

Oh and that looks tasty foxyrick!

Oh man I'd kill for some of that Pokameat. Watch it when yer cutting into them bangers there, they have a tendancy to spurt and spoil yer clothes. Beautiful blade, congrats. Mine is on its way compliments of Mr. Hollyfeld. He's such a Hog !! ;)
