Bangers and Mash (warning: Cultellus content)

Nice pics:thumbup: Your making me hungry..guess I will go nuke something in the microwave. Obviously nothing near your feast..;)

loooks yummy thats what i want for dinner wait can't get those in the states maybe jimmy deans will work

Any pork sausage will do, the secret is to make the gravy from the sausage drippings ! Growing up in a Scottish household we had this twice a month
Yummmmmm. But it is brutal for the heart !

I am not quite sure how to take that .... :D

Well let me spell it out for you then.

Think of me as an old man and then add something like this.

Bangers and Mash!! Rock ON!!

Reading material is a Beano - right!! Go Bash Street Kids!!

But aren't the Bangers suppose to be sticking out of the mash??

Nice Blades - Congrats!!

Maybe British Pork can send you some of those sausages, they look to be vacuum packed and nicely portable. I bet you could cook them up in an MRE heater at your desk .:D

It did cross my mind. Unforunately the sausages aren't vacuum packed and need to be kept refrigerated. They woulnd't survive the trip across the water and I really don't want any hogs out of action because of a bad sausage. :barf: Except maybe when there's a Ganza due...

I'll cook some for any hogs who make it over here though

Bash Street Kids - now that takes me back! I always used to read the Beano.

Sticking the bangers in the mash just ain't practical though - ends up pushing the mash all over the plate when you try to snag a snorker!

Hmm.

It would appear INFI is invulnerable to gravy. Even British gravy. :)

Science marches on ... :D

My GF and I may have some plans to be there this summer

Tony -- remember, they make single malt just a few miles north of Rick's place!! OK, maybe it's more than a few miles ... but the trip is really worth it!!! :D

So much for eatin light today...I'm going to pig out, and enjoy it....then blame Porkerson:D He's had it to easy lately:p

Man that looks good, Great pic:thumbup:

Excellent - not sure if you would have caught the reference. My cousins from the Homeland would send us over a bundle of Beanos for summer reading. Bash Street Kids, Buffo the Bear, Dennis the Menace, ..... oh ya - we learned a lot back in the day :)
