ban rounded my butt and thinned my heart !

a round butt is a more friendly butt and after sending ban a plaster cast of my hand he thinned out and customized the scales on my ol beater sh1.

he did a very nice job on both, thanks ban

Damn... Looks like you've been... :D BANNED!!! LOL, Very nice work from Ban, as usual! :D:thumbup::thumbup:

I try to stay away from butt conversations anymore (once burned, twice shy) but I have to say that one sure looks nice!

Great work, Ban!

now that is some great plastic surgery. Looking great, and no shallow justifications for the alterations. Would that count as lipo? But lift?

Nice.

OUTFREAKING, well you get the idea.

Stinky, if you are taking requests for pics, could you give us a couple of shots with the skinny heart, next to an unmodified ASH.

Now that your but is round, is it easier to run your hands across?

Thanks for putting up the right but pics, there could have been a horrible mistake and we would have all been sick.

he did a great job but personally i prefer the fusion pommel. just me.

Ban, do you use a sanding wheel on a drill press?

I'm pretty sure he roughed it out with his 2x72" Grizzly belt sander and finished it off with his KMG.

Ban: Did you thin the TAC handle as well?

No the handle thickness on the BATAC was left stock. According to Skunk's
plaster cast.... the Mag BATAC handles fit just fine ;)

Hogwash gets a A+ for the correct answer! The scratch patterns on the spine should always go lengthwise. Vertical scratch patterns on the spine to me look unfinished.

I setup my Grizzly grinder so that I can tilt the whole unit over to one side and use it as a horizontal grinder. I do 90 percent of my spine polishing work on the grizzly because that is what I am most comfortable with. The only time I ever go to the KMG is if I need to get into the smaller radius requiring the small wheel attachment.

Blending the scratch patterns between the 2 grinders is sometimes a little tricky because one is done horizontally and the other is done vertically. Most people don't realize it but.... different wheel sizes, grinder speeds, pressure applied during pass, and even speed of pass will yield different scratch patterns even when using the exact same belt.

This whole Thread makes me nervous. :(

I really think Ban should keep his hands off Skunk's butt!!
