This is one of my récent creations in 1095 steel. It hás an 8" long, full flat ground, sellectivelly Heat treated blade with hand polished finish and a Nice temper Line and an octagon shaped handle made of a very nice imbuia Wood handle.
As most of the knives I have been making lately, this knife is very light and maneuverable, a particularly désirable for Brazilian cooks who spécialisée in barbecue (churrasco, as we call it) as they May very well spend a whole day, even a weekend working hard, almost nonstop.
