Cleaning up some blanks that have been hanging on a nail in my shop for way too long.
52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 58-60 with three normalizing and two tempering cycles for a fine grain sturcture
Flat grind
Stabilized flame box elder handle. There are a few filled worm holes but worm activity is what makes the flame.
Overall length: 8 1/2 inches
Blade: 4 1/4 inches
Deep leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry
