Pathetic. Ordered a replacement box for one that got destroyed. $10 via Pay Pal. Not a big deal, glad to get the replacement.
Except I haven't gotten the replacement. Coming up on 3 months now, no box. They claim to have shipped it on 3 occasions! Ya right, pull the other one.

True to form, The day I run out of patience and post this, the box shows up. Should have known that would insure delivery. I have deleted the rant that continued here, simply because they finally got the deal done. But man what awful customer service. I'm in no hurry to buy any more BRK knives. Too many other good makers out there to put up with stuff like this.
