Bark River Bravo 1 with Burgundy Micarta handles. This one was used but treated nicely. Was meant to be a longtimer, but when I saw the 3V version of the same knife had come out, well...I just had to have one. Now I can't justify 2 of the same knife, so this one is on the block. What looks different about this one you ask? Well, the ramp is gone. I realize in order to fulfill government contracts, manufacturers have to have a ramp, but dang, that ramp hurt like heck. So, rather than have Bark River take it off, I did. Had I not disclosed this, you would never have know. As a part-time maker, I have the tools and knowledge of how to do it.

This one comes in the piece of crap Kydex sheath you get with them from Bark River. I even called them and pleaded that they find another maker. What I did was take off the Kydex loop on the back, drilled it for small TekLock and trimmed the top for easy in and out and refitted it. Now it is a very nice sheath. But seriously, Bark River needs to change makers!!!!

Blade is 4 1/4" of .215" A2 Tool Steel. Tougher than O1. Great stuff. That is why I bought it in the first place. It is my favorite tool steel. Overall length is a hair over 9".
