Green Canvas Micarta.

Looks nice, feels better, cuts best.

Even my wife gave a grudging, "It's not that bad." I have heard this level of praise less than 5 times in the past 8 years.

Nice work, Mike!

Uh...

For as long as I've been here, I don't think I know whether this forum is valid for production knives...

Please move if necessary.

Thanks!

Awesome! I have a natural Micarta version headed my way, can't wait. This is the best design I've seen from BR.

Looks great... was going to get one, but someone else got the handle choice I had wanted.

DLT has only 4 left, get them while they're hot! My wallet wouldn't let me snatch up 2, or I definitely would have.

Got the Orange one...thats the one I wanted anyways...sweeeeet! I am looking forward to getting it, bought some more firesteels...I only have 3 now..you know how those gremlins steal them..lol..can't have to many.:D

Mine arrived today.

Knife seems good so far.

I wish the sheath would accommodate a 1.75" belt.

So far, its hard to get the knife into the sheath. I'm hoping it will break-in a little.

Very nice touch that the spacing on the sheath perfectly matches a full-size Tek-Lok.

Michael,

Agreed -- the Kydex fit is VERY tight. Coming out, pretty snappy and smooth; going in, an exercise in careful shoving.

Also, beware of putting your thumb in the "thumb break" area. It will bite! ;)

Yep, I think I saw Mike S. say that the holes were designed to fit a Tek-Lok in vertical or horizontal carry.

Went to the PO on my lunch and picked up my B1. For some reason it seems smaller than I pictured it, but still fine by me. The handle feels great, nice thick spine that is squre enough to throw sparks. (I couldn't resist getting the matching firesteel!) I need to get out on a hike and play with it tonight. Shoot, my pics came out horrible! It's a nice light colored natural Micarta, but looks like crap in the pics.

It's by David L. Mosier. He calls it his "Bowie". Mine's in 440C. His new ones are S30V.

It's a really great knife, but a 5" blade is just a little more than I need for camping.
