Hi guys.
Any one have a comparison pictures between this two knives?
Which one have a longer and comfortable handles?
Thanks.

... no experience with the Blind Horse, but the BRKT Bushcrafter has one of the most comfortable handles of many of the BRKT knives that I have owned and used. It is especially comfortable to hold with the thumb pressed into the front side of the handle. It is currently one of my favorite knives to use... I doubt you would be disappointed. Just decided to buy a second one as my son's birthday is coming up and I'm worried he won't share mine with me when we are up in the mountains this summer!

If I was looking for another bushcrafter I would pick up a JWKnives Bushcrafter. I have one of his Tantos that fits my bushcraft needs and it is by far my favorite fixed blade I own. Of the specific 2 you mentioned I have only handled the BHk an it was a nice knife. But I'll stick to my JW.

Thank you all.
I think I would go with Bark River Bravo 1 Rampless Knife,it has a longer handle,I need something around 4" 3/4 - 5''.
Now I need to choose between Drop Point and Spear Point.Which one?
Also CPM 3V or A-2 ?
Thanks.

simple the BHK PLSK1 Scout model is one of the Best BHK models and to me it beats any Bark River model I have ever owned.
here is my scout,I own other BHK but this is my favorite :)
5/32" thick,01steel,GCM,10 7/8" OAL, 5 1/4" blade

I have owned Bravo 1's,Bravo 2, Gunny, Fox river , Fox river recurve, Micro Canadian,Mini Canadian,psk,machete ,golok,canadian special,aurora,northstar,huntsman and I sold/traded them all.

only 2 models of Bark River I'd consider trading for ; Fox river or a Gunny but would never buy new ...Barkies are over priced to me ..and being so it is just MY opinion :D

So what is it in particular that you like better about the BHK compared to the BRK? My only fixed blade is a Bravo-1 so I don't have much to compare it to.

I prefer the 01 steel & BHK handles fit my hands almost perfect & are more comfortable too me...... I enjoy a great Flat Grind over Convex, BRK sells you Convex , BHK gives you a choice , all edges have pro's and con's but whether you chip/ding/roll a flat grind most folks do not have a issue fixing in the field with a file or stone..... Convex most folks will not use their file from a leatherman on the convex edge.
yes the PLSK1 Scout is pricey roughly $250 but 90% of BRK are topping $150-$180 + no matter the model

I use my Scout rain or shine and you'll never see it for sale or trade . One of my Top 2 knives I own that get used alot ever outting

Is that the Dave Canterbury knife? I'm having a little finding that one for some reason...do I recall they made a smaller version too? My kind of knife for sure...

You have the Pathfinder series and the PLSK1 is Dave knife the PLSK2 is similar to Dave except smaller & my knife is the PLSK Scout & then there is the PLSK spear head.
The Scout by looking at the dimensions seemed perfect to me and the PLSK1 is about the size of NWA Sierra scout if that helps
