I sent in a knife that I received in trade back to Bark River for a re-furb. It was dull, and had some spots on the blade that I could NOT get out with Flitz. So, I E-mailed Mike Stewart and asked howmuch for a re-furb, and he said the knife has a lifetime warrantee, and it was free. So, I shipped it to him about a week, week and a half ago. It arrived home today! It is perfect!! THANK YOU Mike Stewart!! EXCELLENT customer service!!
