I have a Bark River Escort (Brown Canvas) I am looking to trade.
This one is in great condition - the machine marks are still on the blade. I carried it a few times and used lightly once or twice. There is no doubt - Bark River's 12C27 is sweet stuff (takes a great edge!). I did refresh the edge with some leather and compounds. The sheath is also in great condition. The loop portion of the sheath opened up a bit too much for me - I wrapped the top portion of the sheath with a piece of electrical tape to close the loop a little bit (resulting in a tighter hold on the belt). This can be easily taken off by me or you. I cannot find a box for this. Somehow, I have misplaced most of my knife boxes in the past month or two.
I snapped some quick pics with a phone camera - I will get better pictures to anyone who wants them. Once I get done with work and into the weekend, I can snap some more and post them here.
Not really looking for anything specific. Been into folders recently and am moving away from fixed blades for daily carry stuff. Any folders from Kershaw, Spyderco, Benchmade, etc. would be considered. Small fixed blades as well, though Kydex (or something similar sheath wise) is a must. Plain edge only please.
I would love to trade for another Bark River as well. Axes, hatchets, flashlights, packs and other gear. Feel free to offer anything gear wise.
Email works best, PM as well (email is slightly quicker). I have been working like CRAZY the past few weeks (easily 8am to 10 or 11pm) but I will have my phone on me to answer emails when I get breaks.
