these are made buy bark river and the match my knives perfect. they arent cheep but the barkys aren't cheep either.

Thats a neat light box, it really shows the pattern on the firesteel handles. That is a first class knife/firesteel outfit.

how are those sharp shooter sheaths i want them but havent heard much on them buy the way very very nice

Varg,

What two companion knives do you have on your sheaths?

Eastr,

I ordered one to match my Aurora - they are VERY pricey considering they are a firesteel that costs about 5 dollars alone. But, if you want the full package - then it certainly makes the package look great.

Also,

Have you considered making a two knot system on your fob? One knot then sandwich the skull bead in between the second? Two Boatswain whistle knots would look awesome in this application. Just a thought.

i would like something more fancy but my knots are only good enough to get me buy i have found some very nice ones on f-ebay i have thought of buying but not sure they will fit my bravos.

besides

the woodland special would be alone

i do like them though :)

i am trying to upload a current EDC pic but the camera wont cooperate. they hold up very well.

ive been using the same pocket sheath for about 6 months(oops i just checked my order history..i bought it in march 2008) & no problems ...front pocket or back pocket works equally well

I like how they look, but i didnt think 5o bucks was worth it when I had a usuable firesteel that was 8 bucks:)

nice vance it looks like it holding up very well. pocket carry can destroy leather sheaths.Thalestin yes there pricey but so are the knives and other toys i buy not bargin shopping here. i get great enjoyment out of my gear, and i have about 10 of the 5$ steels and have made many custom handles for others. but they just dont tweak my twinky the way on that matches my knife does. IMO:cool:

Man, I should never have come to this forum. I just ordered one of the Auroras with the Antique Stag. Like I don't have enough knives.

Well at least I make my own sheaths, that saves me a bit of cash.
