I hate posting multiple knives because it gets confusing, so I'm going to try to make it as simple as possible. Even though I was too lazy to take four separate pictures.
1. Bamboo scales, old style Golok... meaning it is one of the original models that were thicker than the more recent models that were offered in A2 and 3V. I don't remember the steel, but it was a simple carbon steel, like 1095 or 1070, I think. These models ( 0.230" - 0.235" ) chop better because of that little extra weight. $195 shipped. Sheath still sealed in the plastic bag. SOLD
2. Osage Orange w/ green liners, old style (thicker carbon steel). Previous owner thought it was cool to buff the blade ...I bought a couple of knives from him like this... and not pay attention to the BR etchings. They are still visible, just not on camera. It was un-used by him and I have not used it. Sheath still sealed in the plastic bag. $195 shipped. SOLD
3. Green Canvas Micarta, old style (thicker carbon steel). I have used this one and treated the sheath with Obenaufs (pictured). It has some scratches from the Kydex sheath I had it in and faint stains that I didn't see, but the camera reveals them. Used, not abused. $175 shipped. SOLD
4.Forrest Green G-10 w/yellow liners, newer model, A2 steel, 0.195" thick. I did test this one, that's how I know the older ones chop better. Sheath still sealed in the plastic bag. $195 shipped. SOLD
